We’re open for business and fully operational.

We are following all government guidelines to protect our teams and the wider community.

We’ve put in place strict measures to protect and safeguard our colleagues, and we are pulling out all the stops to ensure orders placed via are despatched on time. Due to these new safety measures, parcels may take a little longer than usual at the moment to reach you. Our carrier partners, which includes UPS, Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DPD are doing all they can to navigate the challenge to deliver on time. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you can appreciate these measures are in place to ensure the safety of our teams.

There has been increased traffic to our website during this time and ordering and maintaining stock levels for ourselves and our suppliers is challenging, however we strive to keep the website upto date and will always inform you of any item that will be delayed or is out of stock, so you can make the choice to cancel or wait til it comes in.

Our suppliers and colleagues are all working really hard and we’re so grateful for their commitment and efforts. We’re also incredibly grateful to you, our customers, for continuing to support us.
